sonic confessions - a score

A collaboration with photographer Matthew Southward.

'Sonic Confessions - a score' takes as it's starting point the performance work 'Sonic Confessions'. The initial aim was to create a documentation of a performance piece which is next to impossible to document, due to its intimate nature. It developed from this into an independent work, which aims both to convey the some of the questions about inner sounds explored in the performance, as well as sense of intimacy/intrusion present in the original work.
