scores for silence

“Scores for Silence” consists of a number of scores for imaginary sounds. Presenting everyday collected and found objects as scores for a musical piece only existing within the viewers imagination, “Scores for silence” explores the way sound exists not only in the world around us, but also in our inner worlds of thoughts and memories. It seeks to draw the viewer’s attention to both the outside sound-worlds they might not normally listen to and focus their attention on their inner “silent” worlds of sound, memories and emotions.
